The resource centre showcases the latest research, data, information and innovative practice to assist local government to plan for an ageing population. Councillors, practitioners, researchers and members of the general community can use the resource centre as their first port of call for information from local, regional, national and international sources.

    • Champions of ageing - a collection of Australian and international publications which focus on being a change agent and champion of ageing.

    • Conference proceedings - a list of Australian and international conferences proceedings with a focus on population ageing issues.

    • Statistics on the internet - a selection of Australian websites that provide statistics and data about regional information on population ageing and future demographic shifts.

    • Seniors needs studies - a collection of seniors' needs studies undertaken and developed by local councils throughout Australia.
