2003 National Local Roads Congress

Accommodation bookings

Block bookings have been secured for Congress delegates at the hotels listed below. A deposit of one night's accommodation is required to secure your booking and early bookings are advisable. The deadline for bookings is Friday 30 May 2003. Bookings made after that date need to be made directly with the hotel and will be subject to availability.

Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of payment. In case your first accommodation choice is fully booked, please indicate on the registration form your requirements in preferential order. Delegates are responsible for paying the balance of their account on departure from the hotel.

All alterations or cancellations of hotel accommodation should be made via the Congress Secretariat and confirmed in writing. Please note that hotels may apply a cancellation fee of the first night's deposit for cancellation of reservations received after 30 May 2003. Accommodation deposits may also be forfeited if the room is not occupied on the requested 'check in' date.

All accommodation venues are centrally located or within close proximity (5-10 minutes drive) to the Congress venue. Check-in times for all hotels is 2.00pm. 'Check-out' time is 10.00 am.

Please note that all accommodation rates quoted are inclusive of GST. Deposits will be passed on to the hotels and the hotel will be responsible for issuing tax invoices for accommodation payments upon departure.
