Sponsors will receive first choice in preferred location. All other exhibition booths will allocated on a first come first served basis.

All morning, afternoon teas and lunches will be held in the exhibition area to maximise your exposure to the Congress Delegates and key decision makers.

Exhibition booths $3,300

Extra Exhibitor Staff
As an exhibitor you are entitled to one representative inclusive in the fee. If you require other members of staff to be on your stand, an extra exhibitor staff fee of $250 per person will apply. This cost includes morning and afternoon teas and lunches as well as attendance at the Happy Hour and Welcome Reception/Exhibition Opening. This fee does not allow admittance to Congress sessions or the Congress Dinner.

Exhibition Provider
Perth Expo Hire will be providing the exhibition booths and hire equipment. Once your booth has been booked, an exhibition manual will be sent to you including details of a contact representative and order forms for furniture, plants and equipment.
