Once the registration form has been received and processed, your requirements will be acknowledged in writing.
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Congress after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All alterations, substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing, to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received before 30 May 2003 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $88. Cancellations after 30 May 2003 will not be refunded. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
