Travel between Adelaide and the Barossa Valley

It is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours drive from Adelaide to the Barossa Valley.

Airport transfers

We have arranged for coach transfers to and from Adelaide Airport to the Barossa Valley, as follows:

Adelaide Airport to the Barossa Valley
Sunday 11 July

 Evening 18:00
Monday 12 July
 Morning 08:30
From the Barossa Valley to either Adelaide Airport or Adelaide CBD
Tuesday 13 July
 Afternoon 16:00
 
Wednesday 14 July
 Morning 07:00

If you wish to travel to the Barossa Valley at any other time, you will need to make your own arrangements.

Please mark on the registration form if you require transfers to and from the Adelaide airport and which service you prefer. If you do not book transfers we cannot guarantee seat availability.

Transfers to and from the congress venue

Transfers will be arranged to the Barossa Arts and Convention Centre from Congress listed accommodation venues. The same arrangement will apply for the Congress Dinner. Please mark on the registration form if you require transfers to and from the Congress Venue each day.

Important notice

We strongly recommend delegates, (especially those staying at non congress listed accommodation venues) bring or rent a car for the duration of the congress.
