Please note all fees are inclusive of GST

  • Early bird registration: $660 (payment received by 20 May 2005)
  • Standard registration: $770 (payment received after 20 May 2005)

Congress registration includes

  • Attendance at all Congress sessions
  • Attendance at the Welcome Reception, Sunday 3 July
  • Attendance at the Congress dinner, Monday 4 July
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon teas as per the Congress program
  • Congress satchel and materials

Once the registration form has been received and processed, your requirements will be acknowledged in writing.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express, or cheque/money order. Cheques should be made payable to National Roads Congress.

Cancellation policy

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Congress after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All alterations, substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing, to the Congress secretariat. Cancellations received before 20 May 2005 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $88. Cancellations after 20 May 2005 will not be refunded. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
