Transfers
No transfers are being provided to/from the airport and you are asked to make your own way to the venue or your accommodation. However the airport shuttle to Launceston Airport meets all passenger flights seven days a week. If you wish to catch the shuttle bus to the airport, ring 0500 512 009 to arrange a pick up point. The fare is $10 per adult. A taxi fare will cost you approx $20.

Registration desk
The registration desk will be located in the foyer of the Convention Centre, Hotel Grand Chancellor and will remain open for the duration of the Congress. The registration desk will act as your point of contact throughout the Congress. If you have special requirements please do not hesitate to ask.
Registration desk opening times are:
- Sunday 3 July 5:00pm – 7:00pm
- Monday 4 July 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday 5 July 8:00am – 3:30pm
Parking
There are two public car parks easily accessible to delegates. One is adjacent to the Hotel Grand Chancellor, Launceston and the other directly opposite. The cost is the same in each car park and a fee of $4 per day applies. If you are staying in-house at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, parking is free and you will be given a voucher on check in which will need to be displayed in your car.
Special needs
The Congress venue, dinner function and all session rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Every effort has been made to ensure people with special needs are catered for.
