Accommodation
A range of accommodation is available in Alice Springs. We have blocks of accommodation secured as listed below. A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure your accommodation booking or credit card details given as a guarantee.
One of these options must be received within 14 days of your booking to secure your accommodation reservation. The deadline for bookings is 9 June 2006. If, after that date, you have reserved accommodation through the Congress Secretariat and have not made deposit arrangements, your booking will be released.

Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of payment. In case your first accommodation choice is fully booked, please indicate on the registration form your requirements in preferential order. Delegates are responsible for paying the balance of their account on departure from the hotel. All alterations or cancellations of hotel accommodation should be made via the Congress Secretariat and confirmed in writing.
Please note that accommodation providers have advised that should you cancel your accommodation within seven (7) days of the Congress you will be liable for the full accommodation cost for the booking. Accommodation deposits may also be forfeited if the room is not occupied on the requested 'check in' date.
Most accommodation venues are located within an easy walk from the Congress venue. (Those that require transport have been marked as such.) Check-in times for all hotels is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.
Please note that all accommodation rates quoted are inclusive of GST. Deposits and credit card details will be passed on to the hotels and the Hotel will be responsible for issuing tax invoices for accommodation payments upon departure.
